Founded October 21, 2005,[2] the college provides around 600 undergraduates (150 students per undergraduate class) with an individualized curriculum in the liberal, visual and performing arts. In addition students are required to take engagement course which allow them to work with the community and explore what it means to engage. This year about a dozen students are partnering with Greenation to prepare for the First Annual Greater Capital Sustainability Summit on Oct. 22-23. These students will be a great asset to the continuing progress of the Greenation movement. It is important that youth are part of the movements that will shape the future. Look out for blog post from these students about their experience with Greenation and more about creating a sustainable society.
